Accessibility

General

All be•at venues are equipped to receive visitors with specific needs. We strive to welcome you as best we can and to let you enjoy a concert or show in the best conditions.

If you need extra assistance or are a wheelchair user, please come to the venue at least 40 minutes before the start of the event. That way, we can help you to the best of our abilities.

Please note that for safety reasons, you cannot take regular seats as a wheelchair user. Read below how to order wheelchair places for yourself and your companion(s).

Please do not hesitate to address our volunteers when entering the Trixxo Theater. They will be happy to help you find your seat.

Ordering tickets

Reserve your seats by phone or contact us via the contact form, so we can help you make the correct booking.

Wheelchair users

Are you a wheelchair user? Then you need to order wheelchair seats for yourself and your companion(s). This can only be done by phone or via the contact form, and not via the website. For safety reasons, wheelchair users cannot take up regular seats.

There are reserved seats in the Trixxo Theater for wheelchair users and their companions. Their number is limited however, so do not wait too long to order your tickets.
There is space for one companion per wheelchair user. We are happy to discuss the possibility of exceptions, to seat a family together for example. However, be warned that this is not always possible.

Deaf and hard of hearing visitors

Hearing-impaired visitors can bring the interpreter of their choice. They can also ask the organizer of the event to provide an interpreter, in which case, we will examine together if it is possible to grant this request.
Please contact us to discuss this.

Blind and visually impaired visitors

Please contact us if you would like to attend an event accompanied by a guide dog.

Parking for holders of an EU parking card for people with disabilities

There are reserved parking spaces for wheelchair users and holders of an EU parking card close to the entrance. These reserved spots are strictly controlled, so please keep your EU parking card for people with disabilities, ID and entrance ticket ready to show to our parking attendants.
Would you like assistance getting to the venue en back to the car park? Please do not hesitate to address one of our staff members.

Parking for visitors with temporarily reduced mobility

Are you temporarily less mobile because of an injury or a medical intervention and not a holder of an EU parking card for people with disabilities? Please note you will need to inform our parking attendants, preferably with a doctor's or other medical certificate as proof.
Or you can contact us in advance through the contact form.
