With heartfelt thanks to our Friends For Live community

After a wonderful journey, we are saying goodbye to Friends For Live. The loyalty programme came to an end on 1 December 2025. Over the past years, Friends For Live offered its members access to presales and other benefits across our venues.

All members have already been informed by email. To ensure everyone can still take the necessary steps, the refund form remains available for members who have not yet requested their refund.

Membership refund

• The €39 membership fee will be refunded on a pro rata basis.
• To receive your refund, please complete the refund form.
